Reverend Steven Creange, M.A. and his wife Dr. Susan Creange, Ph.D.,  live in North Haledon, New Jersey.  Reverend. Creange is the senior pastor of the High Mountain Church of The Nazarene.  He received his M.A. in Psychology from Farleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.  Dr. Creange is the director of Bethel Institute Of Family Services, Inc.  She is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her doctorate from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Ferkauf School Of Psychology located in the Bronx, New York.  They were trained as PAIRS instructors three years ago and have conducted a number of workshops for churches in the area.  They use the PAIRS material in a workshop entitled “You’re Still The One”; a two day training for married and engaged couples.  In addition, the PAIRS tools are taught and reviewed with a group of 15 couples who meet once a month.  They have a strong desire to build a Biblically sound theology of marriage, to help strengthen healthy marriages and bring healing to those relationships which have been damaged.
